Have you wondered what is going to happen to the former Palm Valley Cinema?  Well, wonder no more!

Palm Valley Cinema, on Litchfield and Mc Dowell in Goodyear, opened on November 13, 1998. The theater transferred ownership several times over the years until PBM Palm Valley LLC ultimately purchased the building in August 2018.

Pacific Medical Buildings is a healthcare real estate developer providing services to health systems, hospitals, medical groups, and universities. They develop, lease, and manage medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, clinics, academic medical facilities, and parking structures.

The plan is an adaptive reuse by transforming the former Cinema into state-of-the-art medical offices. The new Palm Valley Medical Center will be a ±50,000 SF Single-Story Class A medical office building in a prime location adjacent to Abrazo West Campus and directly north of the future planned Wellspring Park.

Construction is expected to begin in late 2018 with an anticipated completion date in early 2019.  Phase 1 includes exterior renovations, pedestrian paths to and from the hospital, and other public areas of the building.  Phase 2 begins tenant improvements with spaces for lease from ±5,000 to ±25,000 square feet.
