Free Resources for Small Business Owners: Arizona Commerce Authority's Small Business Services
The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) Small Business Services (SBS) strives to provide information on business licensing and statewide resources for every stage of business development and serves as an advocate by developing policies and programs addressing the needs of small businesses.
The SBS works closely with entrepreneurs, government officials, community leaders, and business organizations, focusing on support and opportunities for Arizona’s small, minority-, and women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises.

Robert Theobald is the Small Business Ombudsman for the Arizona Commerce Authority. Robert has a Bachelors Degree from BYU and an MBA from ASU. He has over 20 years of retail, multi-unit, and operations experience. As the Small Business Ombudsman, Robert is working to support small businesses throughout Arizona.
