Nordstrom Rack Coming to GSQ – Goodyear's Growing Downtown 

Once again, one of the most requested businesses by residents of Goodyear has announced it is opening in the city. Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. will open a Nordstrom Rack at GSQ. Nordstrom Rack has been at the top of the list as the most desired retailer since the city started conducting surveys to get resident input on the businesses they want in 2017.

The 25,000-square-foot store will be located at GSQ, where a second phase of development is underway on the northwest corner of Bullard and McDowell. Other recently announced businesses include Trader Joe's, Black Rock Coffee Bar and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. 

Nordstrom Rack is known for offering up to 70% off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor and shoes from many of the top brands sold at Nordstrom stores. The Goodyear store is expected to open in spring 2027.
