City of Goodyear Seeks Master Developers for Goodyear Ballpark Village
The city of Goodyear is seeking proposals from qualified master developers to design and create a premier retail, restaurant, and entertainment destination on approximately 58 acres of city-owned land surrounding Goodyear Ballpark. The opportunity also includes four retail spaces attached to the ballpark, which serves as the spring training home to the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds, as well as a year-round event venue. The location is strategically situated amid existing multi- and single-family communities, along with other upcoming retail developments nearby.
This project presents a unique opportunity to create a dynamic, high-quality mixed-use development that enhances Goodyear’s economic vitality and community appeal. The city is looking for a development partner to bring a vision that complements the ballpark and surrounding area with retail, dining, and entertainment offerings for residents and visitors alike.
Questions regarding the RFP are due by October 27, 2025, and proposals must be submitted by the close date of January 27, 2026. Developers can access full RFP details and submission instructions at: https://goodyearaz.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/195639
