ARIZONA BALLOON CLASSIC
at Goodyear Ballpark
Three day event, featuring hot air balloon rides, family fun zone, hot air balloon tether rides, and festival foods. Desert Glows on Friday and Saturday evenings – a field of illuminated, tethered hot air balloons will glow in time to music. Please note: No pets allowed. All ballooning events are dependent upon weather conditions.

HEART & SOLE 5K & 1 MILE FUN RUN
at Goodyear Ballpark
Join the Sole Squad back at the ballpark for the 2025 Heart & Sole 5K and 1Mile Fun Run!  This race is the perfect way to kick off National Heart Health Month. Choose from a 5K or 1-Mile Run/Walk. Bring the whole family - this event is geared towards all ages and abilities.

JAZZ IN THE PARK

Get ready to groove at Jazz in the Park, where live jazz bands set the stage for a night of music and art!  Experience creative art activations, sip your favorites in the beer and wine garden, and enjoy mouthwatering bites from local food trucks. With unique vendors and nonstop fun, it’s the perfect recipe for an unforgettable night under the stars! 

SPRING TRAINING
at Goodyear Ballpark
Goodyear Ballpark was completed in 2009. The state of the art training facilities and 10,000 seat stadium is the home to two of Major League Baseball’s most storied franchises, the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds. Hosting both Ohio MLB teams brings a fan base unique to facilities in the Cactus League, not to mention a fun, friendly rivalry!

at Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater
A variety of music is on tap for the family friendly festival including funk-soul, folk, country rock, alternative rock and pop. Opening acts include local favorites! The festival features lawn seating, a Kids Zone, local business booths, a large beer and wine garden and free parking.

WAG & TAG PET FESTIVAL

You won't want to miss this year's Wag & Tag Pet Festival! Bring your favorite four-legged family members to enjoy activities, giveaways, pet related vendors, and a barking good time.

HOP & HOPS EASTER EVENT

STAR SPANGLED FOURTH

Join us as we celebrate Independence Day with a boom! Two live bands, food/drinks, and bounce houses all lead up to the main attraction – the mesmerizing patriotic fireworks show! Attendance, activities, and parking are free.

RITMOS y RAICES | RHYTHM AND ROOTS

Ritmos y Raices | Rhythm and Roots is an event celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! This event will feature a variety of cultural performances, including Cumbia, Ballet Folklorico, and Mariachi music and dance. Attendees can enjoy food from Hispanic-owned vendors, a beer & cocktail garden, artisan vendors, interactive activities making traditional Hispanic crafts, and a flag garden showcasing the flags of each Hispanic country with educational information. Don’t miss this chance to immerse yourself in the music, flavors, and vibrant traditions of Hispanic culture!

FALL FESTIVAL

Have a Haunting Good Time at Fall Festival. Celebrate with a family-friendly harvest or ghostly scares for those who dare and trick-or-treat on the field at Goodyear Ballpark! Don’t forget to come dressed to impress to take home the trophy for best overall costume, best youth costume, best adult costume, best group or family costume and people's choice.

VETERANS DAY TRIBUTE FESTIVAL
at Goodyear Civic Square 
Enjoy a salute to our military service men and women, concerts, watch artists as they paint patriotic murals, kids’ activities, food trucks and more! The week-long FREE celebration kicks off with live art demonstrations. Ten artists will design and paint patriotic-themed murals in Civic Square Park throughout the week. 

CHALK ART IN THE PARK

Watch the sidewalks come to life at Chalk Art in the Park! Community members and professional artists alike are invited to participate in creating chalk art. All supplies will be provided the city of Goodyear.
